Crypto payments for casinos and beyond.

Bitcage supports major cryptocurrencies across several blockchains, including Base, Arbitrum and Optimism. Players can pay in ETH or directly in stablecoins (USDC, EURC). Each operator chooses which cryptocurrencies to accept and can receive payments in EURC or USDC, with automatic conversion.

If you choose to be paid in USDC or EURC, you set your prices in dollars or euros. When the player pays with another crypto (ETH, for example), their wallet swaps it on-chain into your stablecoin, on the same blockchain, with thirdweb Bridge, which routes the swap through decentralized exchanges, just before the payment. The swap is for the exact amount: you receive exactly the price you set, and any conversion costs are included in the amount the player sees and approves before paying. There is no exchange account to open, and Bitcage never handles the conversion itself.

Nobody but you. Bitcage is non-custodial: the payment goes from the player's wallet to the Bitcage payment smart contract, which, in the same transaction, sends your share straight to the wallet you designated and the platform fee to Bitcage. The funds never sit on a Bitcage account, and Bitcage never has access to your private keys. Customers who sign in by email get a non-custodial wallet (powered by thirdweb) that they can export at any time.

USDC and EURC are stablecoins issued by Circle, a regulated financial company: one USDC is worth one US dollar, and one EURC is worth one euro. Each token is backed by reserves of equal value held at regulated financial institutions, attested monthly by an independent accounting firm. In the European Union, both are issued under the MiCA regulation by Circle's French entity, licensed as an electronic money institution. Bitcage is not the issuer and never holds these reserves.

KYC is triggered automatically based on configurable thresholds set by casino operators. This can be based on single transaction amounts, cumulative spending over a period, or both. The verification itself is handled by Didit, a company specialized in identity verification: the player's ID document and selfie go directly to Didit, and Bitcage never stores them. Bitcage only keeps the outcome (verified or not).

When a player purchases a ticket, the smart contract automatically splits the payment according to the configured percentages. This happens on-chain, ensuring transparency and instant settlement for both parties.

Yes, players who use the email-based wallet (auto-generated via Thirdweb) can export their wallet for regulatory compliance or personal use. This ensures players always have control over their funds.

Bitcage connects to your TITO (Ticket-In, Ticket-Out) system. Once TITO is enabled, every ticket bought gets an 18-digit validation number, shown in the player's app and printable at the kiosk as a standard ITF barcode, the format slot machines and cash-out stations already read. Bitcage also provides an API key for each casino: your system uses it to check a ticket's status and mark it as used, so Bitcage fits into your existing ticket and gaming systems.

Failed transactions are automatically detected and the player is notified immediately. Their funds remain in their wallet and they can retry the transaction. All transaction statuses are tracked in the player's history.
